RAMS Global Takes a Strategic Role in ETRO's New Partnership Structure

RAMS Global has taken an active role in the new partnership structure of the iconic Italian luxury fashion and lifestyle brand ETRO, becoming one of the strategic investors supporting the brand's global growth journey. As part of the transaction, RAMS Global, together with Swinger International and SRI Group, has acquired the minority stake previously held by the Etro family, in agreement with ETRO's majority shareholder L Catterton, which will continue to actively support the brand's long-term growth strategy.

This partnership is designed to further strengthen ETRO's industrial and strategic capabilities, while reaffirming strong international confidence in the brand's positioning, momentum and future potential. Although financial terms have not been disclosed, the transaction valuation exceeds the level of L Catterton's original investment, highlighting the significant value created to date.

With its extensive international experience across multiple sectors and markets, RAMS Global aims to contribute to ETRO's untapped growth potential in both existing and new geographies. Together with the other industrial partners, RAMS Global brings sector expertise, global networks and industrial know-how that will support ETRO's next phase of international expansion and category development.

Continuity in Leadership and a Strengthened Strategic Framework

ETRO's Chief Executive Officer, Fabrizio Cardinali, who has led the brand's transformation in recent years, will continue in his role and remain at the helm of the execution of ETRO's strategic roadmap. Under his leadership, ETRO has strengthened its governance structure, built a high-calibre management team, restored brand desirability and reconnected with both existing and new consumers.

Commenting on the new phase, Fabrizio Cardinali said: "ETRO has undergone a significant transformation in recent years. I am very pleased to be working alongside Faruk Bülbül in this new phase. He is a leader who deeply understands and embraces ETRO's long-term vision and cultural heritage."

In the new governance structure, Faruk Bülbül, CEO of RAMS Global, is expected to be appointed Chairman of the Board of ETRO. This appointment reflects a management approach focused on long-term strategy, global expansion and strong corporate governance.
