The opening ceremony of the İbn Haldun University Ramazan Bülbül Guesthouse was attended by Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, Istanbul Deputy Governor Mustafa Asım Alkan, Başakşehir Mayor Yasin Kartoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of İbn Haldun University İrfan Gündüz, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, Rector Atilla Arıkan, RAMS Honorary Chairman Ramazan Bülbül, and many esteemed members of the protocol and guests.
With over 37 years of experience, operations in 7 different sectors, and more than 100 projects across 6 countries, RAMS has now made a significant contribution to the academic field. Located on the İbn Haldun University campus and named after RAMS Honorary Chairman Ramazan Bülbül, the guesthouse is designed as a special living and working space for national and international academics and researchers.
The facility, which spans approximately 4,900 square meters, includes 25 suite rooms, 30 one-bedroom apartments, and 2 specially designed rooms for disabled guests, making a total of 57 units. The guesthouse not only offers accommodation but also stands out with its shared areas that encourage social interaction and scientific productivity.

In his speech at the opening ceremony, RAMS Türkiye Chairman Devran Bülbül said: “We envisioned this place as more than just an accommodation facility. It is a special space that will host knowledge, different cultures, and mutual exchange. Hospitality, in our culture, is not only a tradition but also a symbol of sharing and respect. We believe that the Ramazan Bülbül Guesthouse will host many esteemed scholars over the years and contribute to countless academic studies.”
Bülbül also emphasized that the project reflects RAMS’ corporate vision, adding that with over 25,000 employees, they continue to work tirelessly to enrich urban life and positively impact people’s lives.
