The construction company RAMS Qazaqstan took second place for the total volume of residential square meters commissioned in 2023.

According to figures provided by the Association of Builders of Kazakhstan and the National Bureau of Statistics, a total of 17.8 million square meters of housing was commissioned in Kazakhstan in 2023, which is 2.2 million square meters more than in 2022, of which 625,000 square meters belong to RAMS Qazaqstan.

The article notes that, according to optimistic forecasts from the Government and the Ministry of Industry and Construction, the figures for the current year 2024 are expected to surpass last year’s numbers.
